Orders and Delivery Terms

Orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Spray Tanks (Mount Barker Irrigation Pump Depot) and the product Manufacturer.

• Delivery costs will depend on the product ordered and your location.
• Orders are dispatched direct from the manufacturer.
• Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for manufactured products.
• Shipping times will depend on your Shipping Zone location.
• Please see our Shipping Map for Shipping Zones.
• Products that require a quote for freight will not be shipped until freight has been quoted and scheduled.
• You will be contacted notify you if we are unable to dispatch your order.
• Products are delivered within Australia only.
• A manufacturer’s Warranty document will be provided with your product.

Pricing & Payments

• Product pricing and shipping costs are subject to change over time.
• All prices are GST inclusive. You will receive a Tax Invoice/Receipt with your delivery detailing GST.
• Credit card payments are securely processed using Stripe payments. We do not store client credit card details on our website.
• Payment must be received for products ordered before they are shipped from the manufacturer.

Refunds

• Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds will be given in accordance with ACCC Refund Guidelines.
• Product cancellations will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
• It is at the purchasers’ expense to return the product to the manufacturer.

Receiving Goods

It is the purchaser’s responsibility:

• to be available to receive purchased goods at the arranged time. Please ensure that an adult (over 18 years) is available to receive delivery of products. If there is no one available to receive goods, the purchaser will be liable for additional delivery fees.
• to provide secure and suitable off-loading facilities at the delivery location to enable safe and timely goods off-loading.
• to check all items to ensure the items delivered are as ordered, there is no damage in transit, items ore not faulty and all parts are present.

Customers will be contacted when products are unable to be dispatched.

Warranty

All products:

• will have a warranty period from the date of purchase.
• will include a manufacturer’s Warranty document with delivery of goods.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility:

• to pay any expenses relating to returning the product to the manufacturer.
• to review the warranty and comply with any safety, maintenance or other conditions outlined in the warranty regarding the purchased goods.

To the extent permitted by law, MBIPD (including any directly associated individual or organisation) will not under any circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, special, or other damages inflicted on an individual or organisation resulting from the use of the goods sold, or the use of this website.
